The ideal candidate is a rigorous analytical thinker with supply chain domain knowledge and an interest in risk frameworks, scenario modeling, and building organizational resilience at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive supply chain risk register, scoring and prioritizing risks across supplier, logistics, geographic, and demand dimensions

• Monitor global events, supplier financial health indicators, and trade policy developments for emerging supply chain risks

• Lead supply chain risk assessments for critical suppliers and single-source components, recommending dual-source or buffer stock strategies as mitigation

• Build scenario models and business continuity simulations to stress-test the supply chain against disruption scenarios

• Partner with procurement, logistics, demand planning, and operations teams to embed resilience considerations into sourcing and planning decisions

• Track and report supply chain resilience KPIs to leadership, including supplier concentration ratios, on-hand buffer coverage, and lead time variability

• Support the development and testing of supply chain business continuity and crisis response plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• 3+ years of supply chain, procurement, or risk management experience

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools

• Understanding of global supply chain dynamics, trade risk, and supplier risk management frameworks

• Excellent written communication skills for risk reporting and executive briefings

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification

• Experience with supply chain risk platforms (Riskmethods, Resilinc, or similar)

• Background in manufacturing, electronics, or pharmaceutical supply chain environments
