The Workday Integration Specialist will join Komodo Health’s growing People Systems team to provide end-to-end ownership of various integrations in place and under development. As primary Subject Matter Expert for People data integrations, the Integration Specialist will leverage their knowledge of vendor capabilities, master data management, and architecture best practices to create and support a seamless, compliant, and user-friendly systems experience.

 You will play a key role designing and supporting data integrations that enable the organization to scale while delivering value to the business. You will drive operational excellence and will partner with the broader team to create technology solutions and automation. You’ll also be deeply involved in the addition of new products and integration points, working cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, Security and other groups to ensure the data needs of adjacent systems are met.

Outcomes:

• Drive Workday HCM integration SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance based on a solid understanding of the Workday Business Object Model
• Own integrations in People-related domains such as Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and other Enterprise Systems
• Serve as primary internal Subject Matter Expert for all Workday integration technologies
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Own end-to-end testing with vendors, partners, and internal system owners
• Manage resolution of integration issues, tracking case status and partnering with internal/external teams to test and deploy solutions
• Create custom reports while leveraging delivered tools to streamline and automate reporting processes
• Proactively advise stakeholders on features within the Workday platform which would make existing processes more efficient
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain a prioritized roadmap
• Champion data integrity by collaborating with system administrators to address gaps or areas of opportunity
• Consider and address security issues related to Workday integrations
• Continuously assess existing integration architecture to deliver performance improvements while reducing complexity and potential for errors
• Work on multiple parallel projects simultaneously while remaining agile to accommodate shifting priorities

Competencies:

• Workday Integration Experience – Hands-on experience with Workday’s suite of Integration tools including Reporting-as-a-Service (RaaS), Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Cloud Connect, Workday Studio, and Workday Extend. Workday Integrations certification preferred (but not required).
