Responsibilities

As the Technical Program Manager - New Product Introductions for Microsoft's Security portfolio, you will lead the team responsible for improving launch visibility and Day-0 readiness across complex and high-impact Security releases. You will build strong working relationships with Security engineering, product marketing, CSS, CSU, and other MCAPS-Core partners to consolidate roadmap and launch signals, identify gaps, and translate technical complexity, launch priority, and supportability needs into the appropriate NPI engagement model. You will guide the team in securing the foundational technical inputs needed for downstream readiness, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and driving clear ownership and follow-through across organizational boundaries.

You will also play a key role in landing the broader NPI transformation within the Security portfolio. Working from an established transformation vision, mandate, and set of workstreams, you will translate that direction into focused execution, create early wins, and deliver measurable progress. This includes improving processes, roles, tools, and engagement mechanisms; focusing hands-on orchestration on priority and complex launches; and using AI, automation, and reusable workflows to simplify standard work. As a manager, you will set direction, mobilize the team and partners around the changes, build TPM capability, and sustain strong portfolio execution throughout the transformation.
