Technical Recruiter - Product Management

Recruiting in most startups is a polarizing role. Attracting and retaining fantastic people is the most important thing we do, yet candidates are often treated as elements in an array. At Plaid, we care deeply about the experience of every candidate, no matter the outcome. For this reason, our founders ran recruiting themselves for the first few years of Plaid's life. Now we're looking to build a recruiting team that has this same mentality.

We're looking for a Recruiter to manage relationships and processes to hire amazing Product Managers. This is a highly visible role to build teams and partner with leadership at all levels of the company to scale the future of Plaid’s Product organization.

• Ownership over the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing through close)
• Have an eye for talent and a penchant for hiring PMs
• Work directly with leadership at Plaid to ensure we’re engaging hard-to-find talent in the Product communities
• Run full-life-cycle recruiting process for senior and potential leadership candidates
• Create amazing candidate experiences and thoughtful recruiting strategies
• Partner extremely close with Hiring Managers to solve hiring problems on the fly
• Review recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices
• Help scale recruiting processes

What excites us

• 5-8+ years of technical recruiting experience, experience sourcing, and closing PMs is preferred
