Technical Recruiter

Moogsoft is the creator of Moogsoft AIOps - a next generation approach to IT Operations and Analytics driven by real-time machine learning. Moogsoft AIOps helps Enterprises & Service Providers deliver consistently excellent customer experiences, regardless of the underlying complexity or dynamic nature of the supporting infrastructure.

Moogsoft is looking for a recruiter to work closely with hiring managers to formulate a recruiting plan, manage the recruiting pipeline and to extend and close offers. You will be working with fast paced high growth teams within Moogsoft to deliver an incredible experience to candidates. You will be an expert in technical recruitment but also feel comfortable recruiting for other roles across all departments, as and when needed.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing high- calibre technology professionals and other roles as needed
• Creating job postings and advertising job availability through online channels and other media
• Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements
• Conduct pre-screens and efficiently move candidates through the process
• Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals
• Establish relationships with hiring managers and individuals and develop a deep understanding of their objectives, challenges, and team style
• Define and implement recruiting strategies that include assessing external talent and sourcing passive and diverse candidates

Skills and Experience:

• You have several years of technical recruitment experience, but also feel comfortable to recruit for sales, customer success and other roles that come up.
• Experience working in an internal recruiting role.
• You have impeccable interviewing skills.
• You thrive in a culture of learning and speed and a high sense of urgency
• Lever (ATS) experience in preferred, but we’ll be happy with effective use and understanding of any ATS experience
• Experience sourcing via Linked In and other means
