YOUR IMPACT
Work with and support the Nuna Recruiting team to identify talent and build relationships with people we’d like to work with, today and in the future.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
- Partner with the recruiting team to help scale our rapidly growing organization
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy for multiple roles to help meet our hiring objectives
- Source active and passive candidates from multiple avenues to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for both the short-term and long-term
- Build relationships with and make sourcing strategy recommendations to recruiters
- Provide a high-touch, exceptional experience to candidates you engage with
YOU BRING
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years technical sourcing or recruiting experience
- Experience partnering with recruiting teams
- Applicant tracking system experience (Greenhouse is a plus)
- Exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills
- Ability to embrace ambiguity in a fast paced, dynamic organization
- Strong sense of urgency and desire to learn
