Vice President, Product (Remote)

We are looking for a Vice President of Product to join our team! 

At Rescale, this means you will work on and impact:

• Managing the entire lifecycle of our product from business requirements to product release including the following: concept, scope, design, implementation, and quality assurance. 
• Growing, mentoring, and managing the product team. Develop a strong strategic team of product managers and designers. 
• Working with the CEO, CTO, and CPO to further develop product vision, and drive product strategy and execution..
• Defining and developing our Product culture
• Balancing the product requirements and market impact against risks. 
• Creating an outstanding environment that champions quality, metrics, and leads to improvements with a significant business impact. 
• Creating and building a strong external presence and being a champion for our platform vision, innovation, technology, and product roadmap. 

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years in leading product management SaaS/Technology teams. 
• Experience working in high growth startups and global workforces.
• Experience working with SaaS sales 
• Analytical and data driven; quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills.
• A create and strong point of view 
• Can work cross functionally across departments to ensure the best outcome for our product.

About your team at Rescale and who you will work with:

• Manager: Your direct manager will be Rescale’s Chief Product Officer, Edward Hsu. Ed previously led Product and Marketing organizations at D2IQ/Mesosphere and VMware, and a former Engineering lead at Oracle. 
• Team: You will work closely with our founders (Adam and Joris) and members of our exec team to drive product-led business growth. Key execs include Gerhard (SVP Engineering), Matt (SVP Global Sales), Frank (CFO), and Peter (VP Global Solutions and Customer Success).
