We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Vice President of Demand Generation to build and scale a high-impact demand engine that fuels growth across the entire customer lifecycle!

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll lead a cross-functional team responsible for generating high-quality pipeline, accelerating sales velocity, growing customer value, and driving dedication and advocacy. This includes ownership of demand programs, paid media, account-based marketing, partner and field marketing, and lifecycle campaigns—across both product-led (PLG) and sales-led (SLG) motions.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Marketing and Sales Ops to ensure campaign strategy, targeting, and execution align with business goals. You’ll also operationalize tools like 6sense and AI to improve segmentation, personalization, and funnel conversion, and champion a culture of measurable impact.

Ideal for a senior B2B SaaS marketing leader skilled in customer journey, from acquiring to encouraging expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead global demand generation strategy and execution across PLG and SLG motions, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Drive the development of full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that support awareness, engagement, conversion, and expansion.
  • Ensure the creation and execution of integrated ABX programs in partnership with field marketing and regional sales teams.
  • Guide outbound campaign strategy in collaboration with Sales and the Global Campaigns team to support SDR and AE outreach.
  • Be responsible for paid media and email programs to optimize targeting, conversion rates, and overall return on investment.
  • Ensure lifecycle marketing programs are in place to support onboarding, product adoption, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Operationalize tools like 6sense, AI, and intent data to enable smarter segmentation, personalization, and prioritization.
  • Analyze funnel performance and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvement and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to maintain accurate attribution, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Build and amplify demand through strategic partner marketing programs in collaboration with alliances and channel teams.
  • Be responsible for the demand generation budget and forecast program impact with a strong focus on efficiency and return.
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across campaign strategy, digital, field, partner, and ABX functions.
  • Cultivate strong alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and GTM leadership across regions.

  • A predictable demand generation engine with clear critical metrics, workflows, and reporting.
  • Integrated ABX programs launched across key regions with measurable sales impact.
  • A rolling 6-month campaign engine
  • Pipeline contribution grows from both new logo and expansion campaigns.
  • AI and intent data embedded across campaign strategy and execution.
  • Lifecycle marketing drives measurable improvements in LTV and retention.
  • Awareness and shared ownership of the funnel.
  • Strong Partner Marketing Program.
  • A high-performing, collaborative team with clear accountability and shared goals.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 15+ years in B2B demand generation with 8+ in a senior leadership role, ideally in SaaS or high-growth tech.
  • Proven track record to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue through full-funnel marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys and experience optimizing conversion across each stage.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, email, ABX, lifecycle marketing, and outbound campaign design.
