Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced leader to drive Eightfold’s product marketing strategy and vision. Reporting to the CMO, the Vice President, Global Product Marketing is responsible for planning, and executing our go-to-market strategy, leading new product launches, enabling a world-class sales organization, creating the category, and evangelizing our position as a market leader.
Responsibilities
Recruit, lead, and develop a high performing team that includes product marketing and analyst relations
Accelerate go-to-market efforts to drive continued growth through messaging, positioning, storytelling, and competitive insights.
Develop and implement integrated-marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple products, verticals, partners, and personas.
Tap into market and competitive intelligence to develop effective messaging that reflects the differentiated value of the products and platform
Partner with sales enablement to ensure sales and partners are ready to pitch product value, new capabilities, and Eightfold differentiation.
Lead and collaborate with marketing, product management, customer success, professional services, enablement, and sales teams to execute product launches that highlight Eightfold innovation and drive demand.
Develop sales tools and content for the demand generation team to drive customer acquisition/expansion.
Define, articulate and evangelize Eightfold’s AI transformation story
Speak at conferences, press interviews and industry analyst briefings as a thought leader and subject matter expert.
Requirements
15+ years enterprise SaaS product marketing experience, minimum 5+ years in a senior level people management position.
Demonstrated experience establishing product marketing function: buyer personas, buyer journeys, product launches, sales decks, and developing marketing plans.
Experience marketing to business and IT with proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
Compelling storyteller, ability to communicate complex technology in a crisp and simple way.
Proven track record in thought leadership and category creation.
Experienced manager and leader; ability to hire, develop and inspire teams with senior members
Position is based at headquarters in Santa Clara, CA, but open to remote workers
BS or BA degree, MBA strongly preferred

*Please note this role is open to Zone B only which is all US locations outside of the SF Bay Area and NYC and categorized as remote. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
Zone A: Base Salary Range: $239,475 - $330,000
