What We Are Looking For: 

Are you interested in joining an amazing company with awesome product by helping to manage their world-class supply chain… but just for a short time?
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly cross-functional individual who loves to drive operational improvements and manage ecommerce fulfillment success for a 4-6 month assignment. You will help us maintain our high performing operations network by overseeing the daily relationship with our 3PL warehousing partners, one of the most important vendor relationships at ThirdLove.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference: 

• Oversee the day-to-day functions of our 3PL warehouses, ensuring smooth processing of inventory, orders, and returns 
• Identify and problem solve emerging issues 
• Maintain existing initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing costs 
• Manage to key metrics and performance indicators related to warehouse and fulfillment operations
• Lead preparation and regular communication of reports related to operations
• Project manage across key cross-functional projects 
• Able to travel up to several days at a time to Southern California and the Midwest, up to 1x/month or as needed 
• Support other Operations and Logistics projects

Who You Are: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• At least 4-7 years of operations and logistics experience
• Must have strong experience with overseeing daily warehouse operations, tracking KPIs, and working closely with warehouse workers on driving daily improvements 
• Must have strong Excel skills.
• Experience at a growth-oriented ecommerce retailer is strongly preferred
• Experience with omnichannel operations is preferred
• Ability to influence internal and external partners with a positive attitude 
• Distill and articulate complex data in a clear way that can drive business decisions 
• Multitask and work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
