As a Workforce Management Analyst/Associate you will work to provide exceptional internal customer service by ensuring that resources are maximized across Coaching, Physical Therapy, and Support. This includes forecasting workload, scheduling, and change management to ensure that KPIs are met. This position will be a key contact for leaders when questions around productivity, staffing, and hiring arise.
An ideal Workforce Management Analyst/Associate candidate you have a passion for digging into data, understanding processes, and always looking for opportunities to make a process better. You love digging into models/dashboards to understand underlying data but also have the ability to clearly articulate simplified takeaways to leaders.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
- Modeling & Dashboard Create: Create and maintain staffing models to ensure all user facing employees are working efficiently and productively.
- Scheduling: Create staffing schedules to match supply with forecasted demand. Track employee statuses, update internal tools, refine assumptions.
- Influential Analysis: Complete Workload analysis to determine areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKNG FOR
- Data Drive: Comfortable with ad-hoc analysis request, comfortable with GoogeSheets/Excel, Tableau Experience
- Honestly & Discretion: You will have access to employee data that needs to be carefully shared
- Collaboration: Able to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, teammates, and manager during projects or when responding to requests.
- Resourceful: Adept at finding creative solutions to problems, shares learnings with the team and creates resources to continuously level up the team as a whole.
