Quantcast is hiring an onsite Front Desk Coordinator to work on our People & Places team in our expanding San Francisco office.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will take on a wide-ranging set of responsibilities and think of innovative ways to improve our office policies and atmosphere.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for external vendors, guests, candidates and clients
  • Manage all administrative office projects, including answering the main telephone line, managing office equipment, ordering office supplies, processing mail, and various other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Ensure that all premises are fully functional, visually impeccable, and consistent with company needs and aesthetics as they evolve
  • Organize and coordinate company events including onsite interviews, internal meetings, client events, and offsites

Requirements:

  • Experience as an office coordinator, receptionist or administrative assistant in a professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills 
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude with the desire to take on additional responsibilities 
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Must be in the office 5 days a week

The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration for the remainder of the time. The effectiveness of the implementation may differ based on location or team, so please consult with your manager for further information. Through at least the end of 2021, we are providing additional flexibility, including relaxing the in-office schedule and offering flexibility around the number of days and which day one is required to be in the office. Hybrid employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program. To ensure the safety of everyone, all U.S. employees working from a Quantcast office or who meet clients are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Outside of the U.S., we encourage all employees to get vaccinated.
