YOUR OPPORTUNITIES

  • Own and manage daily office operations and guest experience at our 24,000 square foot office
  • Partner with People Operations and Leadership to plan, execute and support a safe and successful return to office strategy
  • Act as a nurturer of company culture. Partner with internal stakeholders to create and execute a calendar of creative employee appreciation events (e.g. small wins / birthdays / Nunaversaries / product launches /  important company milestones / company-wide gatherings / holiday parties / tech talks & external speakers). Create communication plans and utilize messaging channels (Slack, email, etc.) to promote news, announcements, and events
  • Manage physical space, furniture requirements and office safety and security. Lead office space searches, office moves and office build-outs 
  • Partner with our IT and Security teams to control and manage building/office access, keycard/access control system and alarm system
  • Act as point person for landlord and office vendors
  • Oversee reception functions (our reception is closed during COVID - partner with People Operations to map out what it looks like in the future) 
  • Re-start our corporate apartment program when travel resumes; source apartments, understand residential leases, create internal cleaning/reservation systems and schedules
  • Manage office, facilities and events budget. Maintain kitchen/snack/lunch program and office supply inventory
  • Partner with People Operations and Finance teams for implementation and management of various digital tools/platforms; take on ad-hoc projects as needed

After we RTO this role will be on-site at our office near the San Francisco Caltrain station. Currently the role will require some on-site work days.

YOU BRING

  • Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with company leadership
  • Precision and attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to identify and drive process and system improvements
  • Experience with  commercial leases including tenant and landlord responsibilities, lease terms and requirements
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Mac computers
  • A positive, energetic, optimistic attitude paired with a willingness  to roll up your sleeves and share your opinions! We welcome feedback and new ideas!
  • Duties may also require the ability to reach, stoop, and bend as well as the ability to lift, move, and carry up to 10 - 25 lbs
