Design, build, and operate production-grade agentic AI systems at enterprise scale. Responsibilities include multi-agent orchestration, tool use, planning, memory, retrieval-augmented generation, model integration, evaluation, safety guardrails, observability, governance, and failure recovery. The role also provides technical leadership through architecture ownership, code reviews, mentoring, and improving production AI engineering practices.

Own end-to-end technical relationships with enterprise customers to design, build, and launch AI Agent solutions on the Moveworks Platform. Architect integrations with enterprise systems, drive adoption across implementations, advise on agentic AI roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and mentor engineers while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Customer-facing technical lead owning 5-8 enterprise engagements: design AI/agentic solutions, architect integrations with enterprise systems, implement automations, advise on AI roadmaps, and feed product/engineering with customer insights to drive adoption.
