Build agentic AI workflows that automate Finance processes, develop telemetry for usage, cost, engagement, and ROI, and help design trusted AI experiences. Validate outputs through reconciliation, documented assumptions, and human oversight. Prototype prioritized use cases and collaborate with AI SDLC and platform teams to move solutions toward production while developing Finance-domain and SQL expertise.

Lead end-to-end direct mail marketing analytics and campaign execution for lending and deposit products. Manage campaign logic, data pipelines, validation, and performance measurement. Partner with marketing, channel owners, and external vendors to optimize targeting, run experiments, and report ROI. Oversee offshore team execution, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present insights to senior management.

Lead and manage a team of data scientists for SoFi's consumer finance products. Prioritize and deliver high-quality data science projects, build data pipelines, deploy and monitor ML models, collaborate cross-functionally, recruit and mentor staff, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
