Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements for public sector customers, including installations, upgrades, migrations, training, and advisory work. Lead technical delivery across varied architectures using infrastructure and configuration as code, manage multiple customer projects, provide technical guidance, mentor peers, and collaborate with project managers and GitLab engineering teams. The role requires active security clearance, occasional SCIF travel, and U.S. citizenship.

Provides technical pre-sales leadership for GitLab’s DevSecOps platform across state, local, and education customers in the eastern United States. Designs demos, workshops, proofs of concept, technical proposals, and security responses; advises on cloud, compliance, AI governance, and legacy modernization; and partners with account executives, resellers, and systems integrators. Builds relationships with public-sector and university stakeholders, develops business cases and success plans, and advocates for SLED customer needs internally. Requires up to 50% travel.

Leads technical direction for GitLab Professional Services engagements from discovery through delivery. Designs architectures, deploys GitLab in cloud and on-premises environments, manages CI/CD and source-code migrations, and provides DevOps and DevSecOps consulting. Coordinates customers, partners, and delivery teams; develops documentation, training, and reusable delivery assets; maintains automation; supports scoping and statements of work; and mentors consultants.
