Responsible for owning and optimizing identity infrastructure (Okta, Google Workspace, Workato), building integrations and automations, serving as Tier 3 IAM escalation SME, supporting StateRAMP/FedRAMP controls, documenting runbooks, and partnering with Security and cross-functional teams to improve identity security and automation.

Lead detection, triage, and response to security incidents; act as Incident Commander; perform digital forensics across macOS/Windows/Linux; build automation and runbooks; use SIEM for log analysis; mentor engineers; coordinate cross-functional investigations and security operations improvements.
