The Senior Staff Security Engineer will lead edge and network security at Gusto, managing Cloudflare tools and network architecture, focusing on automation and policy-as-code practices while collaborating across teams.

Lead definition and delivery of vulnerability management and security operations programs across Security, AIT, R&D, Infrastructure, GRC, and Risk. Set strategy and roadmap, run programs, expand detection and remediation coverage, build AI-driven security workflows and metrics, manage stakeholders and vendors, and ensure audit and regulatory commitments are met.
