Leads analytics and reporting for Microsoft’s Cloud Solutions Provider authorization ecosystem. The role develops actionable insights, evaluates business and operational data, improves data quality and governance, standardizes reusable self-service reporting, and drives AI and automation initiatives. It partners with engineering, AI, operations, and compliance teams to identify risks, improve program performance, support strategic decisions, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Lead development of Azure-based data and AI platforms, APIs, and cloud services for Microsoft’s AI initiatives. Build GenAI, LLM, RAG, semantic search, vector database, and agentic AI solutions. Create reusable frameworks and platform services, establish responsible AI and governance practices, and provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture reviews, coding, mentoring, and cross-functional partnership.

Own security usage reporting and metric definitions, build executive dashboards, investigate telemetry and data quality issues, manage governance and access controls, and partner across product, finance, marketing, compensation, and engineering to support field execution and business decisions.
