Lead and grow the Revenue Analytics team to deliver sales, customer success, and services analytics. Build forecasting, predictive models, lifecycle and consumption-based metrics, executive reporting, AI/BI solutions, and data governance. Partner cross-functionally to turn data into strategic recommendations that improve revenue, retention, adoption, and resource planning.

Build and maintain people analytics reports, dashboards, and data models. Perform advanced SQL and statistical analyses (regression, forecasting, hypothesis testing, survival analysis). Design and analyze employee surveys, automate workflows with data pipelines and AI, and translate results into clear visualizations and executive-ready insights. Own intake, office hours, and documentation for people analytics solutions.
