As a GTM Analytics Engineer at Gusto, you'll build and maintain data infrastructure, automate data processes, and support Sales metrics to drive revenue growth.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and products. Partner with analytics, product, and engineering to deliver reliable ETL, dbt transformations, ingestion from APIs/databases/event streams, and production monitoring. Implement CI/CD, automated testing, data observability, performance and cost optimization, and leverage AI/automation to improve data workflows.
