Lead and build the Compliance Product data function, owning data products for AML/KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions, and risk scoring. Design data risk frameworks, enforce data contracts, maintain lineage, partner with engineering and compliance SMEs, and prioritize high-materiality data to ensure regulatory compliance and product integrity.
