Lead end-to-end user research to inform product strategy for mental-health B2B/B2C platforms. Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to translate user insights and analytics into actionable product decisions, research roadmaps, and improved workflows across web and mobile surfaces.

Designs and improves tools for therapists and providers, focusing on multi-step workflows, reducing friction, and supporting better clinical decision-making. Partners closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research to take products from concept through delivery, including AI-enabled experiences and design system thinking.
