Leads Dandy’s visual design team and serves as the visual authority across brand touchpoints. Responsibilities include managing and developing designers, setting creative standards, building scalable design systems, overseeing integrated marketing creative, allocating resources, managing external partners, conducting design reviews, and advancing AI-enabled creative workflows. The role partners with senior stakeholders and contributes hands-on design for high-impact initiatives.
