Leads the vision, strategy, and implementation of AI integration across Capital One’s Experience Design organization. Owns roadmaps for AI tooling, AI-enabled design processes, and talent upskilling; partners with executive leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design to drive adoption and measurable business value. Elevates product, service, and content design practices, oversees design systems and tools, influences product direction, and guides complex initiatives from strategy through delivery. Acts as a player-coach and develops design talent across a highly matrixed organization.

Leads Capital One’s XD Research & User Intelligence team for Customer and Developer Experiences. Builds scalable research programs, continuous discovery, experience measurement, and user intelligence to guide product decisions. Manages and develops a team of researchers and analysts, partners with senior leaders across design, product, engineering, and business, and helps hire, coach, and retain top talent. Uses human-centered research, analytics, and AI-enabled methods to improve customer and developer experiences.
