Own complex initiatives from definition through production support, provide technical direction across teams, and develop scalable full-stack systems. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics while improving engineering practices, tooling, documentation, architecture, and AI-enabled development workflows.

Responsibilities include data modeling, system integrations, security, monitoring, failure recovery, automation, technical standards, design reviews, deployment processes, and mentoring. Build scalable distributed systems for Rula’s Marketplace Health Engine. Lead technical strategy across teams, design backend services and APIs, solve complex marketplace and operational problems, mentor engineers, and drive projects from discovery through post-launch support. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations to improve provider utilization, marketplace efficiency, and patient access while remaining hands-on in software development.

Build and maintain scalable platforms, services, and internal tools supporting revenue cycle management, including payments, claims submission, and operational workflows. Partner with engineering, product, design, operations, and business stakeholders to improve efficiency, reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness. Drive projects through planning, execution, measurement, post-launch maintenance, and issue resolution.

Serve as technical IC leader for the Provider organization: set technical roadmap, establish engineering standards, design and modernize distributed, microservice-based systems, lead architecture across teams, mentor engineers, influence product and engineering direction, drive full lifecycle delivery and post-launch reliability.

Build and maintain scalable platforms, services, and tooling for Revenue Cycle Management including payments, claims submission, and operational workflows. Build and scale patient-facing mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native. Own features end to end, from design through release and monitoring, while improving mobile architecture, testing, performance, and reliability.
