Lead an engineering team building Notion's search and context platform: search infrastructure, indexing (streaming and batch), retrieval (lexical, semantic, hybrid), and agent context primitives. Set roadmap balancing platform investments (latency, cost, scalability, security, enterprise readiness) with product velocity, operate with strong reliability practices (SLOs, observability, on-call), partner with product and AI teams, hire and grow engineers, and drive platform design and reliability improvements.
