Own SoFi’s company-wide cloud networking strategy, architecture, automation, and operational excellence. Design resilient AWS multi-region, multi-account, and Kubernetes networking; lead progressive traffic delivery, observability, and incident response; and guide AI-enabled infrastructure automation with appropriate guardrails. Partner with Security, Compliance, Risk, SRE, architecture, and business leaders, influence technical direction and investment decisions, and mentor senior engineering talent.

Provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise Data Trust platforms. Design and operate distributed systems supporting data contracts, metadata, lineage, quality, privacy, access controls, reliability, and semantic context for analytics and AI. Build reusable enforcement primitives across Snowflake, AWS, Kafka, batch, and streaming environments. Lead architecture, operational rigor, cross-functional initiatives, mentoring, and adoption of governed platform standards.

Lead and mentor Workday integration engineers while owning platform architecture, technical roadmaps, security, reliability, production support, vendor integrations, release testing, and modernization. Design scalable integrations across Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, and enterprise systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and MuleSoft. Partner with HR, Finance, Security, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure data integrity, privacy, compliance, and effective adoption of emerging capabilities such as Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, and AI automation.
