The Staff Software Engineer will lead performance initiatives on various platforms, improve application performance, and define engineering standards, focusing on hands-on problem solving and strategic influence across teams.

Lead full-stack design, implementation, and operation of customer-facing web experiences (Browse, Navigate, Preview). Own multi-phase projects from design through rollout, improve observability and reliability, participate in on-call rotations, and align cross-team dependencies while using approved AI-assisted workflows responsibly.

Lead long-term technical strategy and execution for core sharing and collaboration systems at scale. Own cross-organizational architecture, drive AI adoption, design and implement foundational frontend and backend systems, resolve platform bottlenecks, mentor engineers, and deliver highly reliable, performant consumer-facing features used by millions.
