Owns company-critical, long-term technical problems across multiple teams and organizations. Defines technical strategy, architecture, engineering standards, and roadmaps for customer-facing systems serving hundreds of millions of users. Remains hands-on in software development, leads AI adoption and production AI capabilities, resolves complex technical decisions, and partners with senior product, engineering, and executive leaders.

Own and improve Dropbox’s Windows endpoint platform, including provisioning, application delivery, patching, security configuration, troubleshooting, fleet health, and automation. Build reliable code-managed workflows using Intune, FleetDM, osquery, infrastructure-as-code, and GitOps practices. Lead multi-phase platform improvements, collaborate across infrastructure, identity, security, and support teams, and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, documentation, and operational practices.
