The Senior Manager, Finance and Strategy will lead financial planning for R&D, drive analysis for strategic decisions, and manage a high-performing team.

Partner with the CMO and marketing leadership to maintain forecasts, perform quantitative analysis for capital allocation, build scalable AI-enabled reporting and processes, drive cross-functional initiatives, lead monthly financial reviews, and hire and develop a high-performing finance team to support growth.

Lead and scale Financial Operations across Source-to-Pay, Global Payroll, Equity Administration, and Sales Commissions. Build processes, drive automation and AI initiatives, maintain SOX controls, support SEC and board reporting, partner with Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Sales, and hire and develop a high-performing global team while serving as audit liaison and executive financial operations advisor.
