Lead IT-specific Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for ITGCs and ITACs: assess SOX readiness, maintain control documentation, run walkthroughs and remediation, coordinate internal/external auditors, review SOC reports and testing, and identify control automation and AI-related compliance risks.

Own company-wide planning and forecasting, revenue and cash flow analysis, and long-term financial models. Support quarterly/annual earnings and board-level materials, drive automation and AI-enabled process improvements, partner with accounting and compensation, and deliver clear commentary and insights to finance leaders.
