Leads investor relations processes, including quarterly earnings, investor communications, analyst relationships, executive preparation, peer benchmarking, shareholder analysis, and Investor Day planning. Partners with Finance, Legal, Communications, Strategy, and executives to explain GitLab’s strategy, products, financial performance, and business model while ensuring accurate and compliant public-company disclosures.

Leads finance for GitLab’s R&D organization and serves as strategic finance partner to the CTO. Owns annual planning, rolling forecasts, headcount and expense modeling, investment decisions, efficiency metrics, and long-range planning. Evaluates business cases, AI and cloud costs, and build-versus-buy decisions. Redesigns FP&A processes using AI, partners with Accounting and Procurement, and leads a distributed R&D finance team.

Own and drive GitLab's external SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1), lead the reporting calendar and earnings process, improve disclosure quality and automate reporting workflows, maintain SOX controls, ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, research technical accounting issues, and prepare/review journal entries, reconciliations, equity rollforwards, and EPS calculations.
