Lead global tax operations, including U.S. tax reporting, quarterly and annual provisions, compliance, audits, transfer pricing, tax forecasting, SEC disclosures, SOX controls, and IPO readiness. Advise leadership on tax risks and efficient structures, support M&A due diligence, improve tax processes and automation, partner across Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Treasury, and mentor the tax team.

Support monthly revenue close and ASC 606 revenue accounting for usage-based and AI-credit revenue. Reconcile accounts, investigate variances, produce audit-ready support, automate checks with SQL and AI, and contribute to SOX/control documentation.

Own GTM topline finance reporting, including the ARR model, seat-based forecast, and monthly and quarterly actuals. Partner with Finance, Biz-Tech, and Revenue Operations to improve reporting accuracy, streamline workflows, and surface insights faster. Prepare materials for executive leadership, the board, and investors on GTM strategy and performance.

The Treasury Manager will manage global treasury operations, cash management, investments, and banking relationships, optimizing capital structure and ensuring liquidity while implementing risk management strategies.
