Engage stakeholders, identify control gaps, perform root cause analysis, draft actionable recommendations, validate fixes, and apply AML and sanctions regulatory knowledge. Use data analysis (SQL preferred) and responsible generative AI to support testing and reporting in a remote-first environment.

Lead end-to-end biweekly U.S. payroll for salaried and hourly employees, manage payroll inputs and reconciliations, resolve payroll inquiries, handle equity-related payroll, partner cross-functionally, and drive automation and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end accounting for M&A and investments, including financial due diligence, purchase accounting (ASC 805), investment accounting (ASC 321/323/ASC 810), and post-close integration. Draft technical accounting memos, produce SEC disclosures and MD&A for 10-Q/10-K, ensure SOX controls, and partner with cross-functional teams and external advisors to resolve complex accounting issues.

Manage exception handling, margin and trade operations, and operational readiness for new derivatives products. Lead UAT, playbooks, monitoring frameworks, incident triage, root-cause analysis, and automation initiatives while partnering with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering to ensure scalable, regulatory-compliant processes.

Lead enterprise and targeted compliance risk assessments across global entities, translating AML/CFT, sanctions, and financial-crime risks into executive-ready reports, governance materials, and actionable remediation. Partner with MLROs/CCOs, evaluate controls and residual risk, drive transaction monitoring and customer risk scoring coverage, maintain geographic risk ratings, design threat assessment frameworks, and scale workflows using AI-powered automation while ensuring human oversight.

Partner with Consumer leadership to own OpEx forecasting, budgeting, and month-end reporting. Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses, perform variance and deep-dive analyses, and present actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Accounting to align resource allocation and support strategic business reviews.
