Manage and configure Workday and the broader People technology stack, including performance, talent, time, absence, reporting, and analytics processes. Improve HR workflows, support audits and compliance requirements, resolve system tickets, and provide People data insights. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, Security, Legal, Recruiting, and business leaders to implement scalable process improvements.

Manage high-volume scheduling for recruiters and hiring teams, own candidate communications and onsite coordination, maintain job postings and candidate activity in Ashby, and support special projects to ensure an exceptional interview experience.
