Own the strategy, design, governance, and evolution of enterprise performance management programs, including employee, executive, and scorecard processes. Improve employee and manager experiences, strengthen manager capability, and align performance programs with talent, compensation, learning, and career strategies. Serve as a strategic partner to HR and senior business leaders, leading complex initiatives through influence, data-driven insights, change management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Engineering and Operations leadership, driving org design, compensation, performance management, employee relations, D&I, and development. Lead complex employee relations, provide executive coaching, use people analytics to inform decisions, partner with CoEs to execute scalable HR initiatives, and promote company culture while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Lead global compensation strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, and compensation modeling. Develop cash and equity guidelines, partner with Finance on stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitive, compliant compensation programs globally.
