Develop and scale compensation programs, policies, and workflows supporting pay equity, market competitiveness, compliance, and business strategy. Lead merit, equity, and benchmarking cycles; analyze survey data; build dashboards and automated reporting; optimize compensation and HRIS tooling; craft offers; and advise HR, Finance, Legal, recruiters, and executives on compensation decisions and total rewards.

Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Security/IT leaders to drive talent programs, analyze people data, manage performance, promotions, calibrations and org design, own end-to-end reorg execution, and build scalable People frameworks while liaising between R&D and central People functions.

Partners with Product Management and Product Design leaders on performance management, promotions, leveling, employee relations, organizational changes, and talent programs. Analyzes People data to identify trends, operationalizes performance and calibration processes, coordinates with People team centers of excellence, and executes organizational changes end to end, including communications, Workday updates, and leader enablement.
