Own the strategy, design, governance, and evolution of enterprise performance management programs. Improve employee and manager experiences, strengthen performance processes, partner with HR and senior leaders, guide talent development initiatives, and drive cross-functional programs through influence. Use feedback, metrics, and business insights to enhance program effectiveness and align performance management with talent strategy, career growth, learning, and organizational goals.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor to Engineering and Operations leadership, driving org design, compensation, performance management, D&I, employee relations, leadership coaching, and people-analytics informed initiatives. Lead complex employee relations with discretion, partner with CoEs to execute strategic HR programs, and build scalable processes that advance culture and business objectives.

Lead global compensation strategy, job architecture, market benchmarking, and equity/cash modeling. Develop annual cash and equity guidelines, partner with Finance on stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure competitive, compliant compensation programs.
