Partner with leaders, managers, and employees on performance management, employee relations, investigations, accommodations, leaves, offboarding, and employee experience. Analyze people data including attrition and performance trends to provide leadership insights. Apply product management and design-thinking principles to improve employee programs, influence stakeholders, manage complex matters, and collaborate across distributed teams.

Serve as a client-facing compensation advisor to HR and senior leaders. Design and implement compensation programs, conduct benchmarking and analytics, drive job architecture and review cycles, support hiring and offers, deliver training, and recommend data-backed solutions aligned to business goals.
