Lead and operationalize responses to subpoenas and eDiscovery demands, manage the end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders. Develop policies and improve processes for protecting customer data, monitor legal/regulatory developments, and drive litigation operations and legal tech improvements.

Lead state and local public policy and government affairs efforts: track legislation and regulation, develop engagement strategies, build relationships with elected and regulatory officials, coordinate with sales and product teams, manage outside consultants, draft filings/testimony and advocacy content, and support sales enablement through policy initiatives across multiple U.S. regions.

Provide litigation, eDiscovery, and data-disclosure counsel across commercial and regulatory disputes. Manage discovery lifecycle, respond to subpoenas, guide cross-functional teams, oversee outside counsel, and design scalable processes leveraging automation and AI to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives.
