Lead GitLab's corporate and compliance legal function, advising executives on governance, securities, equity compensation, executive compensation, SEC reporting, and M&A. Build and manage a team, develop policies and templates, oversee equity plan administration, manage outside counsel, champion AI-enabled legal workflows, and partner cross-functionally to ensure scaled public company compliance and strategic legal support.

As Commercial Legal Counsel, you will negotiate and draft complex agreements while advising internal teams on legal risks, ensuring compliance, and improving contracting processes, particularly with government transactions.

As Vice President of Legal Commercial, you'll lead GitLab's global commercial legal function, aligning legal priorities with revenue growth and market expansion. Responsible for managing a team, defining strategies for commercial contracting, and overseeing AI governance and public sector legal functions.
