Translate legal needs into secure, auditable solutions, govern AI lifecycle and controls, run vendor POCs, and drive adoption, metrics, and change management.

Own Legal & Compliance systems, tools, and processes; maintain an AI-driven tech stack; manage outside counsel and legal spend; partner on budgeting and metrics; run day-to-day legal operations; build knowledge management and L&D; represent Gusto in Legal Operations community.
