The role entails managing release marketing operations, aligning cross-functional teams, organizing product launch plans, and optimizing PMM processes to enhance team effectiveness.

Own and optimize the global lead lifecycle from ingestion and routing through enrichment, SLA governance, and funnel performance. Analyze conversion metrics, prioritize and execute improvements, build scalable processes and reporting, create AI/automation workflows, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Engineering to drive measurable pipeline impact.
