Leads GitLab’s global social media function, including organic and paid strategy, YouTube growth, campaigns, employee advocacy, creator programs, measurement, budget, tooling, and agency relationships. Partners with marketing, communications, product, sales, talent acquisition, and developer relations teams. Manages and develops social practitioners, supports executive presence, uses audience insights and AI tools, and guides responses to sensitive issues in a fully remote environment.

Lead strategy, production, and delivery of GitLab’s internal events (company assemblies, Kick-Off, virtual gatherings, occasional in-person summits). Own full event lifecycle—concept, budgeting, logistics, vendor management, production, measurement—and design inclusive, scalable experiences for a globally distributed workforce. Partner with executives, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to align programming with company priorities and leverage event technology and AI to enhance engagement.

Lead strategy and execution for 1:Few ABM programs, build vertical-specific campaigns, evaluate martech, align with Sales, operationalize engagement signals, and define measurement linking ABM to pipeline and revenue.
