Lead Benchling’s enterprise applications function, owning its SaaS portfolio, architecture, integrations, vendor strategy, automation, AI adoption, self-service, and audit-ready controls. Oversee major quote-to-cash, pricing, packaging, and billing programs; improve operational throughput; partner with Finance, RevOps, Sales, People, Legal, and CX; and grow the team. The role requires deep Salesforce and CPQ expertise, multi-platform business applications leadership, integration practice management, SOX controls experience, and measurable automation outcomes.

Provides strategic and operational support to senior sales executives, including complex calendar and travel management, confidential correspondence, event and off-site planning, meeting coordination, presentations, expense tracking, sales pipeline logistics, interview scheduling, customer conference support, and cross-functional project execution. The role also manages recognition programs, coordinates regional leadership activities, supports executive communications, and mentors other executive assistants.

Lead and scale a global deal strategy and order management team advising on complex enterprise SaaS agreements, operationalizing pricing and CPQ, driving automation and AI-assisted execution, and ensuring quote-to-cash governance, controls, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate bookings while protecting long-term commercial outcomes.

Lead AMER sales strategy and operations: annual planning, capacity and territory modeling, forecasting, pipeline and performance reviews, cross-functional initiatives, and driving AI adoption across GTM workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
