Support and maintain a 10+ tool revenue tech stack, troubleshoot and provision users, coordinate vendors, identify and implement process and integration improvements, build reporting and dashboards, document workflows, and partner cross-functionally to drive tool adoption and operational efficiency in a fully remote environment.

Lead GitLab's pipeline growth strategy and operating cadence across regions and routes-to-market. Translate revenue goals into pipeline targets, capacity plans, and program mix. Define global pipeline standards, taxonomy, hygiene checkpoints, and governance. Deliver analytics, dashboards, and recommendations to improve funnel conversion, velocity, forecast accuracy, and execution quality. Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, SDR, CS, finance, and analytics to scale pipeline generation and conversion in a remote, global environment.
