The Head of GTM Operations will design and oversee customer journey processes, lead cross-functional teams in Sales Ops, Partner Ops, and Customer Success, and manage performance metrics across the entire GTM motion.

Lead analysis and improvement of sales processes and Salesforce systems to accelerate quoting and deal velocity. Own end-to-end projects (requirements through launch), configure Salesforce (Flows, custom objects, validation rules, security), support stakeholders, partner with RevOps/Finance/Legal, and work with admins and developers to deliver durable quote-to-cash solutions. Promote testing, documentation, and AI-enabled automation to reduce manual work.
