Lead design and scaling of reconciliation and control infrastructure for payments; own cross-functional projects and audit remediation; partner with Engineering, Product, Accounting, and Finance to build tooling and controls; investigate complex reconciliation and loss issues; build reusable AI workflows and mentor analysts to improve operational processes and documentation.

Owner of day-to-day support and continuous improvement for billing, Order-to-Cash, and cash-reconciliation applications. Troubleshoots incidents, manages ITSM lifecycle, supports month-end billing, maintains integrations and reconciliations, writes SQL queries, and implements AI/automation to reduce manual work. Partners with Finance on configuration, testing, releases, controls, and documentation.
