The role connects Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses, and other systems to improve sales productivity, marketing personalization, customer support automation, and decision-making. Responsibilities include contributing to AI strategy, evaluating models and vendors, establishing performance frameworks, managing cross-functional rollout programs, and scaling safe, reusable automation patterns across Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.

Lead the transformation of People Operations by simplifying, standardizing, and automating employee lifecycle processes. Oversee HRIS Operations and People Services teams, improve HR service delivery, establish governance and performance metrics, and partner with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business leaders. Drive technology-enabled improvements using workflow automation, AI, self-service, and case management while developing teams and fostering continuous operational excellence.
