Supports and scales Dropbox’s legal operations infrastructure by managing legal technology, workflows, knowledge repositories, vendor engagements, KPIs, and process improvements. Partners with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, and business teams to configure systems, troubleshoot issues, document changes, train users, support platform rollouts, improve self-service, and implement automation. The role also coordinates legal projects, outside counsel billing, stakeholder communication, and adoption of operational enhancements.
