Support 3D designers and virtual product creation by coordinating eCommerce and product data projects, maintaining and developing PLM/product data applications, gathering business requirements, producing reports and analyses, and providing training and user documentation.

Responsible for L2/L3 IT support, Azure administration, network devices management, security systems maintenance, and ticket resolution. Requires collaboration and flexibility in a multicultural environment.

Provide Level 1 remote and on-site IT support for hardware, software, network and security. Own incidents end-to-end, document resolutions, escalate to Level 2/3, maintain knowledge articles, analyze recurring issues, complete training, and work rotating shifts supporting APAC and North America.
