Leads the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution of the company’s digital employee experience. Improves employee journeys, self-service channels, knowledge discovery, support workflows, collaboration tools, and hybrid work experiences. Partners across IT, HR, Security, Facilities, Communications, Procurement, and business teams to implement employee-facing technology, drive adoption and change, measure impact, and report on outcomes. Manages and develops a multidisciplinary digital workplace and employee experience team.

Lead the 0-to-1 strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a commercial banking platform covering business accounts, treasury capabilities, APIs, and payment rails including Wires, ACH, and FedNow. Build and manage the product team, partner with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, Sales, and Operations, and translate regulatory requirements into scalable solutions. Drive adoption, payment volume, reliability, cost efficiency, and risk outcomes while influencing executive strategy and mentoring product managers.

Lead strategy, operations, and execution for the Relay product line. Manage P&L, cross-functional team operations, reporting, compliance/risk coordination, business development, and performance analytics to drive growth and member engagement.
